Traditional Panels
TPA's universal panel system can cater for a variety of ground conditions and access needs. Manufactured to our unique profile, the design is suitable for a diverse weight range including highway approved and abnormal loads alike. Our trained engineers can, through a no-obligation Site Survey, assess the most suitable configuration of panels, and advise on how best they should be installed.
Our unique captive nut design links the panels together in a secure fashion, which is a vital consideration if the installation is taking place at a remote or vulnerable site. We can use 'cross plates' during the installation, which again aid security of the product and reduce potential damage to tyres. The reduction of slips, trips and falls is a vital consideration for some clients, particularly at events and festivals. During these installations we would opt to use our dome headed bolts which, whilst functional, are more aesthetically pleasing as we appreciate that look and image are key.

Camber Panels
In addition to the traditional panel, TPA has developed the ‘Camber’ panel. These panels can be laid as an integral part of any roadway, providing orthogonal traction and grip. This means vehicles need no longer struggle to traverse across inclines in wet and muddy conditions.
Steerable panels
When immovable obstacles or corners need to be negotiated, TPA’s ‘Steerable’ panels allow the roadway to be manoeuvred in any direction up to 30 degrees from a single section. These panels may also be joined together and are unbeatable when a contract requires the roadway to be negotiated neatly around obstacles such as buildings or trees.
MD40
TPA’s latest innovation sees the introduction of a medium duty product that can be installed as a roll from a specialist vehicle. This product is ideal for both pedestrians and vehicles alike and allows for loads of up to 40 tonnes to be carried safely. As a steerable section is incorporated every 2 metres within each 50m roll, MD40 is also extremely versatile and can navigate around obstacles such as trees and fence lines.
Terratrak Plus
terratrak plus® is the culmination of over 20 years of experience in the temporary roadway and flooring industries. terratrak plus® is designed to take the weight and stresses exerted by forklifts and 100 ton cranes as used in the outdoor concert business. terratrak plus® is light enough to be positioned by hand and with it’s overlapping design and unique locking system it creates a continuous surface free from gaps and other potential trip hazards.
